Step one:

Translation order


To place an order for a translation contact one of our Project Managers:

Step two:

Drawing up the quote*

On receipt of the document to be translated we will send a no-obligation quote which includes the following: :

  • Number of words to be translated

  • Source language and target language

  • Rate per word (€) and delivery deadline (in working days)

  • Format in which the translation will be delivered (electronic, paper, etc.)

  • Estimated total

  • Terms and conditions of payment

Please contact us if you require details of our Rates (including discounts and supplements) and delivery deadlines. If you are already a client you may access this information from the Client Area simply by typing in your username and password.

*On receipt of your initial quote and in order to guarantee maximum efficiency, please state your company details: name, address and Spanish Tax ID No. (CIF)

Step three:

Acceptance of Quote

As proof of acceptance the client must sign, stamp and return the quote by fax.

Step four:

Translation and review

TRADUE will process your order in accordance with the specified period and under the agreed terms and conditions

The document will be translated by a native professional translator with the necessary specialisation and experience in the corresponding field and language. 

A final review will be carried out prior to delivery.

Step five:


TRADUE will delivery your translation in the agreed format.

Unless the client specifies otherwise, simple translations will be sent by email.

Sworn translations will be delivered in paper format, as they must include the signature and seal of the sworn translator.

In addition our clients will have permanent access to all their translations in the Client Area by typing in their username and password.

Step six:

Invoice and terms and conditions of payment

Unless the client stipulates otherwise, the invoice will be sent by email. Payment is by bank transfer 30 days from the invoice date. (Invoice date shall the actual date of delivery).

Our clients may consult all their invoices by accessing the Client Area with their username and password.

TRADUE treats all the documents it receives and its customers' data with the strictest confidentiality.

This guarantee of confidentiality remains in effect not only during the translations process but also once the service has finalised.
