What's the difference between a simple and a sworn translation?

Essentially, a simple translation is the translation of an original document that does not require official certification from a Sworn Translator. A sworn translation is provided at the client's request or when required by a competent authority, and includes the official signature and seal of a duly accredited Sworn Translator who has been appointed by and registered with the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Will I receive a personalised service?

Our philosophy is based on offering our clients a personalised service, guaranteeing that each project is unique.
Our Project Managers will be take responsibility for your project from start to finish, and will liaise with you at every step of the process.

Where can I find details of your translation rates ?

Contact us and we will send you our corporate presentation containing full details of our work methods and the Official Rates for the current year.

Do I need an appointment if I wish to call in at your offices?

No appointment is necessary. Please feel free to call during our opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

How do I send the documents for translation?

If the original text is in an electronic format, then the simplest way is to email it to us at tradue@tradue.com, specifying which language it should be translated into. One of our Project Managers will then send you a no-obligation quote.

If the original text is in paper format, then you can fax it to us on +34 971728407. Alternatively, you can scan it and email it to us at tradue@tradue.com, specifying which language it should be translated into. One of our Project Managers will then send you a no-obligation quote. Of course, if you are unable to scan or fax the document, you may bring it personally to our offices or send it via courier service.

How will the translated documents be delivered?

Simple translations will be delivered electronically via email, unless specified otherwise by the client.

Sworn translations will be delivered in paper format, as they must be signed and sealed by a sworn translator. They may be collected in person, by courier service or, if you wish, may be sent by ordinary mail.

What are the terms and conditions of payment?

The quote we send you will include full details of our terms and conditions of payment: bank transfer payable 30 days from invoice date.(Invoice date shall be the actual date of delivery).

Prior to the commencement of any project, the client must have returned the quote signed and stamped, thereby confirming acceptance of the aforementioned terms and conditions of payment.
